Want to stay in shape and be ready to hit the ground running in the fall? Follow along with the team’s Summer 2016 lifting regiment.
Questions about time commitment? We travel to two or three weekend tournaments each quarter, and practice two times a week otherwise. The fall is typically designed for development of new players, the winter is our primary practice time with some regular season tournaments, and the spring is our post-season – the USAU College Championship Series. NUT players find a healthy balance between their commitment to the team and their course schedules, involvement in other student groups on campus, and social lives. This is a special group of Northwestern students, and we are extremely excited to see what the Rookie Class of 2020 has to bring to the table – as teammates, friends, and brothers.
