We get an above-average grad student show up at our first practice named Mike Zalisk. Turns out he won the Callahan the previous year. Cool. NUT traveled down to Baton Rouge in February for Mardi Gras, where Gabe broke his arm laying out. Cesa got fire ants from our terrible first game fields. Denardis led the boys into N’awlins where we proceeded to drink Hurricanes and pee on the street while ogling Vida Guerra in a magazine. Tied for 5th at GL Regionals, losing to Michigan State Sunday morning. They had a guy named Luscious N. Delicious, no joke. At Big Tens this year, Chuck and Mike Kinsella participated in the Wendy’s Challenge. Some fat dude from Illinois named Curtis, who didn’t even play all day Saturday in preparation for the Challenge, rolled us to win in 10:58 or something. Chuck comes in 2nd with a personal best 12 minutes or something, and the K-man takes the bronze at 15:00 flat.
